Story: In one of the last October chapel worship services, I was humming some melodies freely while singing "Gloria in Excelsis Deo." Supposedly, I had two compositions to complete before the year-end, but this musical inspiration came with scriptural references of the angels singing glory to God in Luke. After studying the scriptures, I put together a simple piece for Immanuel, God with us. Immanuel is God's promise to us that He will never leave us. God the Father sent His only Son Jesus for us to be with Him and also later sent us His Spirit. In this Christmas season, let's remember that because of Jesus, God's Righteous One, He has redeemed us to be with God the Father forever. Immanuel!
